Shipping policy

Processing times:

Most designs will take 5-10 business days for processing. This is where we fill every inch of them with sweet little kisses from me so that you will feel the love every time you wear them.

Please note that production times may be extended during holidays, peak seasons, or promotional periods. This is to allow for all the extra little kisses. From me.

Delivery times:

We aim to deliver your order within 2-3 working days of posting. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked.

The above timeframes are only applicable after receipt of shipping notification, not from placement of order.

What should you do if your order doesn't arrive:

Please wait at least 7 working days after receiving your dispatch notification, in case the package has been delayed by transit. If your order still has not arrived, please contact us here so we can look into this for you.
