Refund policy

We hope you love your Ok Yay order! However, errors and mistakes are part of the human experience. If you have any concerns or questions about sizing or colours before ordering, please pop an email to hello@okyay.co.uk and we will help in any way that we can.

We have a 14-day return policy. If 14 days have passed since delivery of your item(s), unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We also offer a one-time no questions asked size exchange within 30 days to ensure you get your perfect fit.

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at info@okyay.co.uk. Once your return is accepted, from there we will guide you through the process and provide you with all the necessary instructions.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service to return your items, as we will not be able to offer refunds or exchanges on missing items. Return postage is the customers responsibility unless agreed previously via email.

Any taxes. duties or fees are non-refundable.


Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Due to the nature of certain types of items, they are ineligible for return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale, sample or seconds items, gift cards, or any custom orders.


Exchanges 

Once your returned item has been received and processed by the team, we will process your new order within 5 business days. You can check the status of your exchange at any time by emailing us at info@okyay.co.uk.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
